In March we launched our mini 'Guiding Star' collection which you have already loved so much. This pretty personalised jewellery collection is inspired by the North Star or Polaris, the brightest star in the night sky, a beacon of guidance in times when you may feel in need of a little direction.
Covid 19 and the ongoing restrictions have upended the way we live, work and interact with each other. It has been long, hard and for most of us has at times felt endless! In the midst of upheaval in our day to day lives, staying positive has been about finding little joys to keep us hopeful. Whether it is re-discovering an old hobby (I've been re-visiting my love of fibre crafts and have been knitting and weaving my way through the pandemic), getting back on your bike to explore your local area, or discovering a podcast that inspires you...we've all found new ways of bringing little moments of joy into our day to help us stay hopeful.
The health crisis that we are all living through has really shown us the special place of our personalised jewellery to connect people, when they need it most. Over the past few months, gifting has been at the forefront of Lulu + Belle. You have reached out to loved ones with meaningful gifts to comfort and support each other, when you couldn't be together.
Our guiding star pieces are inspired by this and can be worn or gifted as a reminder that there is always hope and a guiding light to help you find your way!
Our guiding star family necklace is fast becoming one of your most loved pieces. We know that for many Mums, their family is their guiding light and purpose in life. A medium sized disc can be hand stamped with the number of North stars of your choice (up to four North stars) - each star representing a special little person in your life. We will combine small and large stars to fit on the disc. This star pendant is then paired with the dainty initial discs to mark each 'little star' in your world. Our guiding star family necklace is available in rolled gold and sterling silver.
Our trio of stars pendant in rolled gold and sterling silver is a simple, dainty star necklace with three North stars hand-stamped on a shiny disc. Wear this or gift it to someone special as reminder to that there is always hope to be found and that we all have a 'guiding star' to help us find our direction even in the most difficult times.
Our guiding star collection also includes a pretty, delicate initial bracelet with an oval charm suspended on a sparkling chain. The dainty oval is stamped with a North Star and the initial of your choice - making for an inspiring, hopeful piece of jewellery that is at the same time meaningful and personal.
Our guiding star collection is completed with a pretty pair of oval drop earrings in sterling silver and rolled gold that are perfectly matched with our oval initial bracelet or guiding star necklaces. These drop star earrings are just the right size for every day wear !
